Job summary

HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice in California is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our home-based care team. You will assess patients, develop personalized therapy plans, and help them regain independence in daily activities within the comfort of their homes.

You will work with a supportive team, benefit from flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and training to advance your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted CA OT license.
• At least 1 year of occupational therapy experience.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine needs and create customized home health plans.
• Implement therapies to improve independence in activities of daily living.
• Adapt environments to enhance functional abilities at home.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure patient-centered home care.

Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT) specialize in assisting patients to regain independence in daily activities. They assess individual needs, create customized plans, and implement therapies to improve functional abilities, adapt environments, and enhance quality of life, all within the comfort of patients' homes.

Compensation

• Industry leading compensation

• Compensation is determined by the following factors; experience, knowledge, skills, location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
