Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a Home Care Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients of all ages, develop tailored treatment plans, and help them perform daily activities at home.

You will collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, document care, supervise therapy assistants, and coordinate discharge planning. A Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, licensure, BLS, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
