Pivot Home Health is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide home-based therapy across Colorado, with pediatric and/or adult caseloads. Enjoy flexible caseloads and travel within your preferred radius, delivering meaningful outcomes in clients’ homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado OT license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services in home-based and community settings for pediatrics and/or adults.
• Tailor interventions to individual client needs across lifespan.
• Document progress and outcomes using electronic records (iPad provided).

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pediatric or Adult - Home Health

Flexible caseloads with no minimums or maximums, tailored to your preferences.
Work within your preferred travel radius—no expectation to commute beyond your comfort zone.
Employment Type: full-time or part-time (FT is 20 visits/week)
Compensation: $80-$90 per regular visit
Caseload: pediatrics and/or adults
