Job summary

Pivot Home Health is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver home-based therapy to children and adults across Colorado. Tailor treatment plans for fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and functional daily activities within clients’ homes and communities.

We offer flexible caseloads, autonomy, and a clinician-first culture that supports continued mentorship and professional development. Applicants should be licensed in Colorado and hold current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado OT license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based occupational therapy to pediatric and/or adult clients.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate treatment plans for fine motor, self-care, and independence.
• Support recovery and daily function with adaptive strategies and therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers to maximize progress.

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pediatric or Adult - Home Health

Flexible caseloads with no minimums or maximums, tailored to your preferences. Work within your preferred travel radius—no expectation to commute beyond your comfort zone.

Employment Type: full-time or part-time (FT is 20 visits/week)

Compensation: $80-$90 per regular visit

Caseload: pediatrics and/or adults
