Job summary

Pivot Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide pediatric or adult home health services across Colorado. You will design client-centered programs, focus on functional outcomes, and empower clients to reach independence.

Join a clinician-first team with flexible caseloads, autonomy over scheduling, and a supportive leadership structure. Compensation is $80-$90 per regular visit with FT (20 visits/week) or PT options.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado OT license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication, organizational and collaboration skills
• New graduates and relocating clinicians encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• As a home health OT, you will work with clients across the lifespan - from children building developmental skills to adults regaining independence after illness or injury.
• Focus on pediatric fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care and play-based learning to improve participation.
• Assist adults with adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training to enable home-based independence.
• Provide therapy in homes and community settings, promoting meaningful, real-world progress.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to tailor interventions and measure outcomes.
