Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop care plans
• Implement and develop the Plan of Care
• Communicate findings and coordinate care
• Ensure safety and proper discharge planning
• Perform therapy services according to standards
• Instruct patients and families in daily activities and adaptive equipment

Requirements
