Job summary

Compassus is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care, empowering patients to live safely and independently. You will assess daily living activities, recommend home modifications, and teach use of assistive equipment to boost participation and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current State License as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Two years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with patients in their home to empower participation in daily activities.
• Help patients and families adapt environments and tasks to improve participation and quality of life.
• Utilize equipment and strategies to support safety and independence in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
− Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy
− Current State License as an Occupational Therapist
− Valid Driver’s License
