Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy across Racine, Wisconsin, helping patients regain independence and safety in daily activities.

You will assess needs, plan interventions, and support families in adapting environments and equipment to improve quality of life. A BS in OT, state OT license, and two years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current State License as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Two years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with patients in their home, focusing on safety and independence.
• Empower patients to live safely and productively at home and perform daily tasks.
• Help patients and families adapt environments, modify tasks, and use equipment to improve participation.

Minimum Qualifications
