Concierge Home Care in Brandon, FL is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide 1:1 patient care in the home with a flexible schedule and autonomy over clinical decisions.

Full-time, modified full-time, PRN or per-visit options with an hourly rate of $70–$75; Medicare differential pay and mileage reimbursements offered. You will evaluate patients, supervise COTAs, and collaborate with physicians using WellSky/Kinnser EMR.

Qualifications

• Active Florida OT license required.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to supervise COTAs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications.
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.

Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist
