Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide 1:1 therapy in patients' homes across Port Orange and Volusia County, FL. Enjoy a flexible schedule with autonomy and growth opportunities while earning via pay-per-visit with Medicare differential pay.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, perform home safety assessments, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR certification
• Ability to supervise COTAs
• Home health experience preferred but not required

• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment

Compensation & Earning Potential

Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Ability to supervise COTAs
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
