Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a full-time licensed Occupational Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Lancaster.

You will build a stable, flexible caseload with mileage reimbursement and tools provided, along with mentorship and the IHT Milestone Reward Program offering up to $15,000 in career milestone payments.

This role emphasizes compassionate in-home care, clinical excellence, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60 - $75 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
