Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide in-home OT services to adults and geriatric patients in and around Vero Beach, Florida. Roles available part-time and full-time with a flexible schedule and a steady caseload.

The position offers a per-visit compensation range of $70–$80 with a milestone reward program up to $15,000, PTO, paid holidays, and clinical/excellence bonuses. A tablet with data plan is provided to support documentation.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).
• An active OT license is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

InHome Therapy is hiring multiple part-time and full-time licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Vero Beach. *This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
