Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services to adults and geriatric patients in the Philadelphia area. You will assess mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized goals and implement rehabilitation programs in patients' homes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adults and geriatrics

• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Compensation and Benefits*

• Mileage reimbursement - plus tools to reduce windshield time

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60 - $75 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
