Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services for adults and seniors around Lancaster, PA. You will evaluate mobility and function, create individualized goals, and implement therapy plans in patients' homes.

The role offers a flexible schedule, consistent patient census, mileage reimbursement, and training. Compensation includes a milestone bonus program and bonuses based on visit complexity and volume.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and function to develop goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards.
