Job summary

The Shores of Worthington is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time or PRN basis in Worthington, MN.

The OT will provide quality therapy services, evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and supervise PTAs, within established standards. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passage of National Certification examination for OT.
• Current OT License (or license-eligible) in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality occupational therapy services to residents according to standards and productivity.
• Evaluate residents to develop treatment plans with goals.
• Supervise and direct PTAs in implementing treatment plans.

Job responsibilities will include:

• To provide quality occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
• To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term and long-term goals
• To supervise and direct the Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in the implementation of treatment plans

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Passage of National Certification examination for OT
• Current OT License (or is license-eligible) in Minnesota
