Job summary

Northwoods Rehab is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and function in a Minnesota-based team. You will deliver skilled OT, collaborate with families and care teams, and mentor COTAs while maintaining thorough documentation for safe patient care.

This role emphasizes local leadership, patient-centered outcomes, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification completed or eligible to sit for the NBCOT exam.
• Current state OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, with reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy to improve independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Guide and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support safe, effective patient care.

What You'll Do
