Premier Therapy LLC in Wellsboro, PA is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our therapy team dedicated to helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, provide skilled OT treatment, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, while ensuring timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
