Job summary

Premier Therapy LLC in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team. This role offers 10–19 hours per week with on-site schedule in Carlisle, PA.

You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, provide treatments, educate families, and document progress while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. A PT degree and PA licensure eligibility are required; SNF/LTC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in PA.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
