Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a skilled nursing facility in Pawling, NY. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, supervise OTAs, and participate in resident-centered care planning and quality improvement

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active New York State OT license required.
• Experience in a SNF or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a skilled nursing facility in Pawling, NY. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life. The OT will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor resident progress, maintain accurate documentation, supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), and participate in resident-centered care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
