Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate, treat, and plan outcomes for patients in our Texas clinic. You will supervise OT assistants and rehab techs while coordinating with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Texas.
• Strong communication with patients, families and staff.
• Ability to supervise OT Assistants and rehab techs.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients with OT plans.
• Completes comprehensive evaluations using standard tools.
• Reviews records for diagnoses and medical history.
• Establishes goals and treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Supervises OT Assistants and rehab techs in patient care.
• Communicates evaluation findings to patients, families and team.
