Pivot Rehabilitation Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in our Houston-based team. You will screen, assess, and implement therapy plans to help patients reach maximum independence, while collaborating with physicians, families, and staff.

Qualifications include current OT licensure in Texas, strong communication, and the ability to supervise assistants. We offer competitive pay starting at $43/hour, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work

Responsabilités

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients
• Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures
• Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions and contraindications
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward independence and/or function
• Supervises Occupational Therapist Assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care
• Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members
