Job summary

Caldera Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join Spokane Falls Care in Spokane, WA. This full-time role offers a pay range of $50.00-$60.00 per hour DOE, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid out in quarterly installments during the first year of hire.

You will provide professional clinical services, carry out education and training activities, and collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to support residents' rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington OT license in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Specialize in content areas such as hand specialty ergonomics, visual rehabilitation, functional capacity examination, geriatrics, etc.

What you will do:

• Provide professional clinical services
• Carry out education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administration
• Demonstrate professional knowledge and skills in applying a wide range of theories, principles, and methodologies of occupational therapy
• Collaborate with other members of the Interdisciplinary treatment teams

Must have:

• Must have valid Washington OT license that is in good standing
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Specialize in content areas such as hand specialty ergonomics, blind/visual rehabilitation assistance technology, functional capacity examination, polytrauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, geriatrics, mental health, driver rehabilitation, home based primary care, etc.
