Job summary

Agility Health and Rehabilitation in University Place, WA, seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house therapy team. The role offers full-time and PRN options, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a commitment to a single-facility work environment.

Evaluating and treating diverse caseloads, you’ll develop individualized plans to improve mobility and independence while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and maintaining SNF-standard documentation in a modern therapy gym.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington or eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload (orthopedic, neurological, rehab, long-term care).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.

Agility Health and Rehabilitation | University Place, WA

Full-Time: $50–65/hour, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus
PRN: $60–65/hour

Shift: Daytime hours

Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in University Place, WA. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with facilities across Washington - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility and functional independence
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities in our newly updated therapy gym
