Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services in educational settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations.
• Monitor student progress and maintain documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care and functional skills.

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Redmond, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year . Position Highlights

• Location: Redmond, WA
• Position: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Schedule: Part-Time (.4 FTE), up to 15 hours per week
• School Year: Starting ASAP
• Setting: In-person, school-based
• Hours: Up to 7.5 hours per day, 2 days per week, based on the district calendar

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license
• Active Washington ESA Certification
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide in-person services at multiple school locations
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
