Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026-2027 school year in Poulsbo, Washington. This part-time or full-time, in-person role supports K-12 in a public school setting.

Responsibilities include assessments, IEP development, reporting, and collaboration with teachers and families. Licensed WA OT with ESA certification is required or obtainable; school-based experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification.
• School-based experience preferred, but not required.

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Poulsbo, Washington. This is a part-time or full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you're an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Highlights:

Location: Poulsbo, WA

Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) - School Setting

Full time or part time available

Schedule: M-F for full-time; or choose your days/hours for part-time

Setting: In-person, K-12 public school environment

Caseload: to be discussed in interview

August 2026-June 2027
