Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess function and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Focus on ADLs, mobility, and independence to improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment; maintain documentation.

Requirements:
