Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment. The position offers a 13-week contract with potential extension, or a permanent placement option, in a SNF setting with day shifts and a competitive hourly pay plus housing and travel stipends for travelers.

New grads are welcome and supported in growth, with strong interdisciplinary collaboration and a focus on helping patients regain independence through meaningful, functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various conditions.
• Assess patient function and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Focus on ADLs, mobility, and independence to improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
