Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a SNF setting in Massachusetts. This role offers competitive pay, a flexible contract option (13 weeks or longer), and support for travelers with housing and travel stipends.

Day shifts and a patient-centered focus on ADLs and independence drive daily work. New grads welcome alongside experienced OTs, with a supportive team, onboarding, and pathways to ongoing placement.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year, or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions
• Assess patient function and develop individualized treatment plans
• Focus on ADLs, mobility, and independence to improve quality of life
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
