Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in a full-time capacity. The role covers day shifts with a 13‑week contract possible to extend or transition to permanent placement.

Travelers may receive housing and travel stipends, with weekly pay and strong onboarding support. The ideal candidate is passionate, adaptable, and ready to lead in a fast-paced SNF setting, focusing on ADLs, mobility, and patient independence.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• TB test/results current or up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients.
• Assess function and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Focus on ADLs, mobility, and independence to improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
