Imperial Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for per diem coverage in New Jersey. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve daily living skills in a supportive healthcare environment.

Qualified candidates hold an active New Jersey OT license, a degree from an accredited OT program, and preferably experience in skilled nursing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional and daily living skills

• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications

• Monitor, document, and communicate resident progress

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy teams

• Educate residents and families on therapy techniques and safety

• Maintain compliance with healthcare and safety standards
