Millbrae Healthcare Center in Millbrae, CA is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate residents and design individualized therapy plans aimed at maximizing independence and safety. The role offers competitive pay, a $4,000 hiring/retention bonus for full-time, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary rehab team in a resident-centered setting.

New graduates are welcome; experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is preferred.

Formación

• California OT license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support functional independence.
• Document resident progress accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care.
• Participate in care conferences and family meetings, as applicable.
• Mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff, as applicable.
