Golden Harbor Healthcare Center in Hayward, CA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide resident-centered therapy and maximize independence. You will design and implement individualized programs, collaborating with the rehab team to deliver high-quality care.

We welcome new grads and offer a supportive environment with mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional growth. Full-time, part-time, PRN or per diem positions are available with a strong care culture.

Competenze

• Active California OT license in good standing.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy.
• New graduates welcome; SNF/rehabilitation experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support functional independence.
• Document resident progress accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Pay Ranges: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Bonus for Full-Time Position:$4,000 Hiring & Retention Bonus(Limited Time Offer)

Reporting:This position collaborates closely with the rehabilitation team, interdisciplinary staff, residents, and families to support comprehensive care planning.

Role Overview

• Active California Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Bachelor’s or master'sdegree in occupational therapy
