Step Up Rehab is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Florida on a PRN basis. You will provide skilled OT services, assess residents, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Florida OT license required or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Net Health software is a plus.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a OT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
