Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Sandy Ridge Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. The Occupational Therapist will provide skilled OT services in SNF settings, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life for residents.

Qualified candidates hold an active Florida OT license (or license-eligible) with SNF or post-acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Active Florida OT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a OT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
