Step Up Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy services within dedicated therapy gyms at Brighton Bay Center and Boca Ciega Center in St. Petersburg, FL.

The role requires an active Florida OT license (or licensure-eligibility) and prior SNF or post-acute experience is preferred; Net Health knowledge is a plus. Join a team that values patient-centered care and clinician well-being.

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Brighton Bay Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Boca Ciega Center for Rehabilitation and Healing.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a OT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
