Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Ohio is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. You will work across inpatient and pediatric settings, delivering evidence-based care to diverse age groups in a patient-first environment.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a $38–49 per hour rate with a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities to supervise OTAs and students while ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current, active Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Strong knowledge of OT practices across inpatient and pediatric settings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and professional standards of practice.
• Ability to work variable days and hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes.
• Provide care across the full age spectrum — neonate through geriatric.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in both inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split).
• Supervise COTAs and OT students.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies.
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication and customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments.
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center.
