Job summary

Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Keizer, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN to evaluate and design individualized treatment plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• OT licensure as required by state Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Skills & Abilities

What We’re Looking For
