Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Exploration Kids Therapy

We are seeking a passionate, neurodiversity‑affirming Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide evidence‑based therapy to children with diverse needs under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

  • Deliver high‑quality occupational therapy services as directed by the supervising OT.
  • Work with neurodivergent clients, including those with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, and other conditions.
  • Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising OT, focusing on sensory regulation, fine and gross motor skills, self‑care, and self‑regulation.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists to provide integrated care.
  • Engage with families to support skill development beyond therapy sessions.
  • Access a wealth of resources, including therapy equipment, sensory tools, and clinical support.
