Job summary

YMCA Lafayette in Lafayette, IN seeks an Occupational Therapist I to evaluate and treat patients, directing OT Assistants and aides, and implementing plans of care to improve daily living activities and functional mobility. Duties require adherence to legal and departmental guidelines and ongoing documentation.

The role offers 1:1 patient-focused care, mentorship, a PRN schedule, and day shifts with opportunities to work at multiple Franciscan Health therapy locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program.
• Must have a valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state.
• Experienced and new graduate Occupational Therapist eligible
• Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities
• Ability and willingness to work in team environment

Responsibilities
