Tribal Health in Illinois is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care in a SNF setting. This role supports tribal communities and families, with a 32-hour workweek and a focus on meaningful patient outcomes.

Required credentials include an active state OT license and either a Doctor of Occupational Therapy or a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, plus BLS certification.
