Job summary

Tribal Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our SNF team in a culturally responsive setting. The role focuses on delivering compassionate occupational therapy services within tribal communities, supporting patients and families throughout care plans.

The position requires an active state COTA license, an ACOTE-accredited associate degree, and a strong commitment to culturally respectful care.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Specialty: Occupational Therapy

Work Setting: SNF

Schedule:35 hours per week

Requirements:

Licensure: Active state COTA License

Education: Associates with an accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)

Life Support Certifications: BLS
