Domnovate Healthcare seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a local on-site contract in Salinas, California. Provide evaluation and therapy to improve communication, swallowing and cognitive-communication, aligned with patient goals.

You will evaluate needs, develop goals and treatment plans, deliver interventions, reassess progress and document outcomes. Start date late Nov 2026 with 35-hour weeks and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

Total Compensation: $47.90–$50.00/hour*

Our Client is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract opportunity in Salinas, California. Bring thoughtful clinical judgment to rehabilitation that connects practical recovery, participation and everyday independence. Work with the rehabilitation and care team to help each person make progress toward meaningful goals.

Your contribution

Evaluate communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing needs within your licensed scope. Develop individualized goals and treatment plans, deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions, reassess progress and adapt care. Explain strategies to patients and caregivers, coordinate recommendations with the rehabilitation and care team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Support coordinated care that respects each person’s abilities, priorities and dignity. Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients and caregivers, follow professional standards and safety practices, and complete documentation promptly. Clinical work, caseload and team arrangements will be reviewed during hiring.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Source shift window is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a 30-minute meal period. Final workdays and complete work pattern confirmed before offer.
• The source lists a 35-hour weekly guarantee, subject to attendance and assignment terms. Confirm actual worked and paid hours before offer.
• Source start date is November 23, 2026; the actual start will be confirmed before offer.
• Current source end date is February 20, 2027. Start date and remaining duration confirmed before offer.
• The source lists Monday through Friday; confirm the complete schedule before offer.
