Post-Acute Rehab Solutions in Justin, TX is seeking a committed Occupational Therapist to partner with patients at home, promoting mobility and independence. You will evaluate, treat, and educate clients to maximize movement and quality of life within a home health setting.

The role requires a TX license, OT degree, and preferred home health or rehab experience. Team collaboration and a professional demeanor are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active TX license required.
• OT liability insurance in TX required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled home health occupational therapy to patients in their home.
• Our Home Health Positions include skilled services to people who meet Medicare home health criteria delivered by an OT, nurse or other therapists.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other therapists to develop and adjust treatment plans.

Post-Acute Rehab Solutions is looking for a committed home health Occupational Therapist to act as the patient's partner throughout the trip, restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Our Home Health Positions include Skilled Home Health Services that provide skilled services to people who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage. These home bound clients receive services provided by a nurse, physical therapist, speech therapist, or occupational therapist.

Requirements

• Active license in the state of TX required.

• OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required

• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy

• Home Health or Rehab experience preferred

• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
