Job summary

Post-Acute Rehab Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for home health services in Justin, TX. The OT will partner with patients to restore motion and maximize mobility, delivering skilled services to home-bound clients under Medicare home health coverage.

Requirements include TX license, TX OT liability insurance, and a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy. Home health or rehab experience is preferred; strong interpersonal skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Active license in TX required.
• OT liability insurance in TX required.
• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
• Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices.
