Post-Acute Rehab Solutions is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide skilled OT services in patients' homes across Center, TX. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to restore motion and maximize functional independence.

Partner with patients, families and care teams, promote prevention and rehabilitation, and ensure high quality of life. Requires TX OT license and liability insurance; degree in OT and home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Our Home Health Positions include Skilled Home Health Services that provide skilled services to people who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage. These home bound clients receive services provided by a nurse, physical therapist, speech therapist, or occupational therapist.

Requirements

• Active license in the state of TX required.

• OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required

• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy

• Home Health or Rehab experience preferred

• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.

• Current knowledge of treatment practices
