Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy required.
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in OT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans using evidence-based OT techniques.
• Maintains accurate and current documentation in patient records and billing.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to discuss discharge plans and patient status.
• Supervises OT assistants and staff, and provides updated treatment plans.
