Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC in Sierra Vista, Arizona is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a hospital-based rehabilitation team. The OT will support patients across acute care, inpatient, medical-surgical, and outpatient settings to help regain functional independence.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the care team and families. Candidates should have an accredited OT degree, state license, BLS, and rehab/acute care experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Rehabilitation or Acute Care experience preferred.
