Fremont Healthcare Center in Fremont, CA is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate, plan and administer treatment for residents with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions.

This role offers a sign-on bonus, PTO, and referral bonuses, with opportunity for on-call/PRN work and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team; valid California OT license required, new graduates welcomed.

Qualificações

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS/MS/OTD) required.
• CA licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• 1 year clinical experience preferred; new grads welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and plan treatment for patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues.
• Administer and interpret tests for strength, range of motion, and respiratory/circulatory efficiency.
• Provide direct clinical treatment per established plan of care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct home assessments to support safe discharge when appropriate.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and proper documentation.
