Job summary

Fremont Healthcare Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our clinical team in California. You will evaluate and treat patients, participate in an interdisciplinary team, and provide adaptive tools to improve function.

This role offers a salary of $104,000 to $124,800 per year, a sign-on bonus, PTO, and referral bonuses. New graduates welcome. Licensure as an OT in California is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS/MS/Doctorate).
• Current California OT license to practice.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients.
• Administers and interprets tests for muscle strength, ROM, and respiratory/circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct clinical treatment per established plan of care.
• Participates in an interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Provides adaptive tools and treatments for patient needs.
