Job summary

Qualifications

• OT degree/diploma required at hire.
• CA OT license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and perform standardized tests and evaluations.
• Develop and modify treatment programs to meet goals.
• Record referrals and document care in medical records.
• Incorporate cultural and ethnic factors into care.
• Educate patients and families and document outcomes.
• Collaborate and report at team conferences.
